Educational loan solution provider First Marblehead, Corp. (NYSE: FMD) surged 57 percent in after-hours trading on Friday, to settle at $1.57 per share on 3,130 shares traded. FMD stock, however, remained 31.02 percent below its 50-day moving average and 7.20 percent below its 200-day moving average. The company’s stock is trading 47.92 percent below its 52-week high and 63.93 percent higher than its 52-week low. First Marblehead, however, is oversold with an RSI of 23.45.

Aside from First Marblehead, China New Borun Corporation (NYSE: BORN), also enjoyed a double-digit improvement in after-hours trading Friday, improving 14.6 percent to $1.49 per share on 1,290 shares traded. BORN stock is presently 2.69 percent above its 50-day moving average and 16.57 percent below its 200-day moving average. BORN is trading 49.61 percent below its 52-week high and 23.81 percent above its 52-week low.

Bitauto Holdings Limited (NYSE: BITA), an Internet content and marketing provider for the Chinese automotive industry, improved 9.4 percent in after-hours trading Friday to $14.0629 per share on 1,670 shares traded. The company is trading 4.83 percent and 32.86 percent respectively above its 50-day and 200-day moving averages, and in terms of 52-week highs and lows, is trading 28.95 percent below and 208.39 percent above respectively.

Biopharmaceutical GTX, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTXI) moved up 8.2 percent to $4.49 per share on 3,600 shares traded. That is 27.48 percent above its 50-day moving average and 15.59 percent below its 200-day moving average. GTXI stock is 42.68 percent below its 52-week peak and 22.42 percent above its 52-week low.

Secondly, Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK) moved up 6.8 percent to $28.58 per share on 3,270 shares traded (10.29 percent and 15.97 percent below its 50-day and 200-day moving averages).
